We went in for my chihuahua having vomiting, she had pancreatitis. They were awesome, she got the attention and care she needed. Facility is friendly, spacious, and clean. Dr. Davis was great. We also see Dr. Adams (neuro) and Dr. Wingert IM. We highly recommend !

This place is amazing. It’s nicer than some hospitals. Our little dog Cubby had a ruptured disk in his spine and was unable to walk with his back legs. We were out of town and our brother took him in to the ER here. They spoke with us on the phone as we were on the way back, explained the whole situation and took payment via phone. We visited the next day and they had 3 technicians carrying him to us in a little bed. He was comfortable and happy as can be. That day, he had his MRI and surgery. By the following day, he was walking with assistance and back home. Dr. Adams and the staff were wonderful. Every one was so nice and informative. They set our minds at ease and made us know he was at the right place. I highly recommend this place. Even our own vet even recommends this place. Thank you to everyone there!

We had a great experience at Thrive Pet Healthcare Cardiology. They were kind and efficient when scheduling our pup's appointment. Upon arrival, the facility was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We were checked in and shown to an exam room without having to wait. The staff explained what the procedure entailed and what the wait time would be. A resident DVM explained the results and spent as much time as we needed talking and answering questions. Everyone we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned for our pup's wellbeing. Unfortunately, Dr. Miller was caught on a lengthy phone call after the procedure and we were not able to meet him. We would highly recommend Thrive Pet Healthcare.

My dog had a very scary brush with death due to a spinal degeneration condition, and they were able to save her life and get her back to me. I feel confident with them as a partner in her rehab and healing.

Thrive Pet Healthcare is the reason Booker is still with us today. After several failed treatments at our regular vet, we were referred to Dr Harris & the team at Thrive for more aggressive care. We waited no more than 5 minutes to get triaged and arranged in an exam room. After further examination, it was determined he needed to be hospitalized and admitted for further diagnostics/treatment plans. I received a call morning and night as well as updated throughout his surgery. Dr Radlinsky was able to successfully complete the operation despite some implications along the way. They made sure I knew every possible complication, all treatment plans, progress notes, and so on during his 3 night stay. His nurse care team, including Ayla & Samantha, really took the time to earn his trust throughout the process making him as comfortable as possible. Despite the absolute trauma that comes with an emergent situation, I knew he was in fantastic hands. I was able to visit him each day he was there and call at any time to check on him as well. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Harris, Dr Radlinsky and the care team at Thrive. I am incredibly grateful for the care they provided my boy Booker & cannot thank them enough. There are not enough words to express how kind and caring the doctors and staff at Thrive are. Unfortunately, our older dog experienced complications that required immediate emergency care. This is a 24/7 practice, so we called first and told them we were on our way. We were met with immediate help. Our dog ended up having to be hospitalized and the care he received was exceptional. This is a first-class veterinary hospital with people who truly care.

Of course no one wants to end up in a pet hospital, but WOW do the people working here help you feel okay every step of the way. I had never been here before, so when I had to frantically drive my dog in, I called to let them know the situation. I spoke to Bailey and Victoria on the phone, and even though I was sobbing, they both were so kind and told me I would be met in the parking lot with a dog stretcher upon arrival. Once we arrived we were assisted by Jackie and Michelle, who instantly took such good care of our sweet boy. I felt that they truly cared about him, and were going to do everything in their power to help. While they were initially checking out our pup, we were welcomed to the front desk to talk to Katie, to go over pricing. She was extremely transparent about the different levels of possible pricing and helped explain everything to us. After we signed some paperwork, we went back into the room and were introduced to Dr. Johnson, who was so kind and gave us some possible explanations of what was happening, while more tests were being run. I remember feeling so seen, validated, and cared for, and I had complete confidence that my pup was being taken care of. After a few hours, and lots of tests, they gave us our sweet boy back to take home and monitor. Several months later our boy is still healthy and happy, and I am so thankful for Thrive Pet Hospital and those who helped comfort us on such a scary day.
